Yesterday was the summer solstice, and it turned out to be a pretty interesting day/evening. More on that in a bit.
But at this moment, I would like to make an announcement: due to popular demand, I will be getting a haircut today.
That, I am sure, will come as good news to the many of you who - it seems - have made a career out of reminding me of the most opportune moments for doing so.
I'm grateful. Really.
