Readability

Just a few quick changes to make things more readable:

• blockquotes are no longer italicised, but still indented.


• notes are of a lighter colour, but larger in font-size.

the quicklinks should now be legible in Firefox/Camino/Mozilla. I couldn't figure this out for a long time. Sorry Firefox users.
